"Pofigistka" (2006) label: Lampse

First CD album. The four Gultskra Artikler tracks were recorrded live with no overdubs, which creates an intimate atmosphere allowing the smoley jazz and ethnic feel to unfold. Cascading guitars, ethnic sounds and bubbling synthesizer drones are thrown in the mix with the utmost of care and attention resulting in a delicate and warming selection. The first public FREE mp3 album. "This is something near to ethno-electro-avant-garde, with ethno as the least part. It's assembled brittle and unsteady, it's tearing and bursting out. It sounds sometimes with too much of the Siberian cold, but with no delving either into ethnic rumble or into electronic and always staying a complete abstraction, sometimes quite radical.
