Regressive folk.Gultskra Artikler is a project of Alexey Devyanin. Gultskra Artikler comes from Novosibirsk, Russia, and now bases in Moscow. His art absorbed the feeling of the inclement winters and endless snow-white landscapes.
The music of GA lives in its own way, it has no prototypes, and you can just try to mention the artists, producing the same atmosphere for the listener, for example: Tod Dockstader, Jackie-O Motherfucker, Hans Appelqvist, Kazumasa Hashimoto, Dill, Leafcutter John, Svarte Greiner, a few other names to mention.
GA is the author of the most memorable releases on brilliant Autoplate net-label, "Gruppa Turistov" and "Gololed", self-released at Hyperboloid net-album "Lusha" , stunning album "Moreprodukt" at Nexsound net-label and recently released at Lampse CD album "Pofigistka", and many other works (including, for example, "Razmer Nosa 46" on Please Do Something) GA was formed around 2002-2003,and worked with few different people,for example Dmitry Garin. Performed live at Abracadabra festival in 2004 in Moscow,Detali Zvuka in Kiev,and many other small live shows and performances, collaborating with different artists like Metro_NM,Mayhnaus.
Neo-folk cyber-psychedelia. Gultskra's music is always the unique mixture of brutal and honest vibes of mysterious Siberian soul and hi-tech technologies, some unpredictable electro-acoustical and avant-garde instrumental movements and precision electronical manipulations, strange field recordings.
